Sangha Night Classes
Every month we also hold a class on Thursday evenings in Stroud.
This is a chance to practice and meet together.
There will be meditation and sometimes a discussion, talk or communal Buddhist ritual.
This class is suitable for those that have enough experience of meditation to just join in,
as there will only be light guidance but no introductory explanation of practices.
All at St Luke's Therapy Centre, Cainscross Rd, Stroud (next to The Range) 7.00pm to 9.15pm
