Sangha Night Classes
Every month we also hold a class on Thursday evenings in Stroud.
This is a chance to practice and meet together. There will be meditation and sometimes a discussion, talk or communal Buddhist ritual.
This class is suitable for those that have enough experience of meditation to just join in,
as there will only be light guidance but no introductory explanation of practices.
The next classes:
All at St Luke's Therapy Centre, Cainscross Rd, Stroud (next to Home base) 7.00pm too 9.15pm
next classes: March 14, April 18, May 23, June 13, July 18

Evening of the 18th April 7pm to 9.15pm
St Luke's Therapy Centre Stroud
The Rain of the Dharma
The Parable of the Rain Cloud shows the quality of the dharma - that like rain falling on the earth and igniting seeds of life, the Dharma pours on life nourishing all equally but that each person grows uniquely and individually.
The evening will be led by Maitrisuri with a talk, meditation, ritual and time to spend with the community.
No need to book, donations welcome, bring snacks to share.
If you would like to check out if this is a good class for you - get in touch through our contacts page and we can answer your questions.
