The Way to Wisdom
An Easter Retreat at Adhisthana
17 -21 April
The five spiritual faculties,
when they are developed and regularly cultivated,
lead to the Deathless, are bound for the Deathless,
culminate in the Deathless

Our ideals usually have a quite minimal effect on our conduct, on our life.
We are shaped more by our sense-based instincts.
With practice these instincts can be developed into the faculties of faith, energy, mindfulness, concentration and wisdom.
As they emerge they begin to create a balance that has its own creative dynamic.
This retreat will include presentations, discussion and meditation
Sangha Night Classes
Every month we also hold a class on Thursday evenings in Stroud.
This is a chance to practice and meet together. There will be meditation and sometimes a discussion, talk or communal Buddhist ritual.
This class is suitable for those that have enough experience of meditation to just join in,
as there will only be light guidance but no introductory explanation of practices.
Our next meeting: Thursday 20th March
All at St Luke's Therapy Centre, Cainscross Rd, Stroud (next to Home base) 7.00pm too 9.15pm
