Sangha Night Classes
Every month we also hold a class on Thursday evenings in Stroud.
This is a chance to practice and meet together. There will be meditation and sometimes a discussion, talk or communal Buddhist ritual.
This class is suitable for those that have enough experience of meditation to just join in,
as there will only be light guidance but no introductory explanation of practices.

our celebration day starts at 10:00 with an introduction and meditation.
We are lucky to have a wonderful guest speaker at 11:00 - Vajratara - it’s a great opportunity to meet her!
Please bring lunch to share.
In the afternoon there will be a workshop led by Dario followed by a puja.
During the puja Mitras can reaffirm their connection to the Three Jewels….
and the rest of us can join in celebrating the Sangha.
The day will end at 3:30. Hope to see you there!

Vajratara
A Deputy Chair of the College of public preceptors, discovered Triratna in South London in 1995 and immediately knew she'd found what she was looking for.
After university, she moved to Sheffield to live in community and work for Windhorse evolution a buddhist team business.
She was ordained there, and her path led her through many responsibilities: Mitra Convenor and co-founder of the Young Buddhist project, eventually joining the Women's Ordination Team at Tiratanaloka where she has lived and worked for the last 14 years,
She is know for her inspiring, human, motivating talks- definitely not to be missed!
