Face to Face Classes
Every month we also hold an in-person class on Wednesday evenings.
This is a chance to practice and meet together. There will be meditation and sometimes a discussion, talk or communal Buddhist ritual.
This class is suitable for those that have enough experience of meditation to just join in as there will only be light guidance but no introductory explanation of practices.
Next class is May 18th at 7pm - 9pm
