Sangha Zoom Night
New Year Sessions
Wednesday evenings 7.00pm to 8.45pm starting on January 18th
These sessions are for all those who have some experience of meditation and are interested in exploring Buddhist practice. During our time together we enjoy talks, meditation and discussion.
These weekly classes can work as a course as we progressively explore themes,
but you are equally welcome to drop in on any week you wish.
A lineage of inspiration
With the guidance of Sangharakshita’s teachings Triratna draws it’s inspiration from all the schools of Buddhism though out the ages. Some of these teachings of the past have become so woven into the fabric of Triratna that we may not be aware of the real human beings who’s inspiration created them. Often the very human struggles of their lives are as encouraging as the works that express their spiritual breakthroughs.
This session a number of Triratna Order Members will chose someone from this lineage who inspires them and introduce us to the human story behind these extraordinary teachings - and of course we will also learn something about the speakers themselves.

Sangha Night
Face to Face Classes

Every month we also hold an in-person class on Wednesday evenings.
This is a chance to practice and meet together. There will be meditation and sometimes a discussion, talk or communal Buddhist ritual.
This class is suitable for those that have enough experience of meditation to just join in as there will only be light guidance but no introductory explanation of practices
next face to face class
